Pros

Fairly easy work, management will try to make you think it's high stakes but it's really not. May differ based on what client you work with (WL has teams of people that work on business support/document processing for a given other company, like a bank or law firm- you work on one of these dedicated teams and the client sets the expectations)

Cons

My team's office does not have windows. Hours are 7-4 Tues-Sat (with pay differential on Saturday). They're pretty strict about time tracking, you have to clock into one software to get paid and then another software to be "available" for tasks and that software tracks how long you take etc. Feels very much like a call center job even though you aren't actually calling anyone- just be prepared to be on call all day

Pros

This is a very corporate sort of job; not terribly exceptional, but generally pretty stable. Benefits are decent.

Cons

The company went through an acquisition in the last year or so and the parent company still doesn't seem to have all of the logistics ironed out. We also lost some company-led community building in the acquisition.
