Great environment - Sales Executive Williams Group Employee Review

Good pay, great techs, some good management individuals.

People within the department have gotten away with too much for some time, now in positions of authority, they are bullies... verbally abusive, gossiping behind peoples back, if you leave you're weak. Environment is very x-rated between certain staff members which takes away from the prestige of the business. Bullies should not be allowed in positions of authority and reflects badly on higher management, the snide remarks, cruel insults on appearance and intelligence are just blatantly rude.

Good pay but you deserve it working under this cut throat pressure, if you prefer money to a life this is for you

Zero care for people all about money, very little care for mental health if you care for people this is not the place to work
