      Pros

      Good management, excellent supervisors. Williams has a good work atmosphere where employee input is valued. Employees are given the opportunity to move up within Williams.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. Williams is weathering the current downturn well. Honestly i have nothing bad to say about working here.

      Largest Midstream Pipeline company in USA and growing. Delivers 1/3 of the NGLs in the USA.

      Light on process and standardization making it hard to onboard new employees.

      A very friendly and collaborative work environment - from early career engineers to high level directors.

      Cons

      Your intern work experience can vary depending on who your supervisor is or what group you are in. I had less "meaningful" work to show for at the end of my term as my supervisor was not very present.
