Pros
Decent pay, at the time, $2 was for a location move. Bonuses, based off profit. Above average 401 match, from memory. Creative control, will vary heavily depending on location & position. Some very respectable/ likable superiors. Lack of micro management, Again this will vary a lot
Cons
I was fired for retaliation against another employee, who physically pushed me. i did not receive unemployment. Most places would do this, TBH. Management, throughout the company had some un-likeable or unqualified people.
