Agent Centered, Owners LISTEN, excellent training, excellent mgmnt, brokers and managers are well trained fair and friendly

You work for yourself. as it is with any RE agency Number of agents there are always too many and many who do nothing

There really aren't any pros.

You have to go into the office 5 days a week. Management is not communicative. They preach "family, family, were family, and yet they certainly don't treat you like family. They didn't give me any notice when I was laid off, I was told the news and had to leave right away. I would not recommend working there to anyone.
