You can't talk about wildlife conservation in Kenya without mentioning WildlifeDirect so it's a great place to start a career in conservation. Lots of opportunities to learn. Most of the employees are young and just starting off their careers so it's hard to feel out of place as a first time employee.

Small NGO so it can be hard to advance professionally within the organisation. The renumeration isn't as great as in other renowned Kenyan NGOs.
