This organization has undergone a leadership change. The former owner sold the business. “Seller’s remorse” may be at play. These recent reviews have a common theme of longing for the former owner, who will not be returning or be involved in the business.
Our guide retention rate is over 90%. Trainees were not fired, training was suspended for a few days and upon completion of training, all trainees were hired. Security cameras were installed for the protection of our employees after a couple of instances where the staff called the police due to disruptive, drunk, and disorderly behavior by non-employees that arrived from the main highway. Both the police and our security expert’s recommendations were followed in the design of the system.
We are proud of the improvements we are making to the company and the team we are building. Several former senior guides and a long-serving Operations Manager have returned to the company to assist in achieving the new direction. We are very excited about the new goals and the accomplishments of the past couple of years.
