3yThanks for taking the time to leave us a review, we work hard to ensure that our benefits package is competitive, with health care available to all employee at every level, EAP, Life Assurance, loyalty days, staff discount all in addition to the pension. Plus, access to loads of other tools and support, we are very proud of how comprehensive and understand how important it is to support our employees.
From a development perspective there are loads of tools and support available for staff as they progress through their career, we have an online tool to track, plot and ensure support both objectives and development opportunities are discussed and progressed. We have our In-House Training programme developed to meet the needs that our people told us they wanted. We launched our career pathway tool to help employees and managers navigate their way around the business supporting them to plot their course of their career. In addition to this we have a host of other activities going on to support employees and managers alike including diversity speakers, diversity training, values activities, change management and so much more. Plus, a focus each month to really ensure that we support great causes, people’s wellbeing and continue to inject passion into everything we do.
At the moment the organisation is investing hugely in all of our systems and platforms so we really can support our customers better (and help the way the product journey links between departments), never has it been a more exciting time to be part of the Wiggle CRC family especially as we are now part of a bigger family with Signa Sports!
