      The after-school staff truly care about children and go above and beyond to create a positive experience for them.

      Cons

      The after-school program had a lot of internal issues. Supervisors and management did not handle these matters well and did not support staff. Other issues included a lack of substitutes because of this Kid Club staff could not take sick days as needed. It put a lot of strain on staff.

      Pros

      The most well balanced pre-K to 12 experience available to families with all the programs and resources to prepare students for continuing education and the world, while being staffed with people who really enjoy their job and their workplace.

      Cons

      It's expensive, but every dollar goes toward program improvement.
