You've raised some fair points, and we want to address them openly. We hear you on management presence. That's something we've since taken active steps to improve. Informal check-ins have always been part of how we work, but we recognise we could have been more consistent, and we've made that a priority since.
On workload distribution, we recognise that lean teams can sometimes stretch too thin, especially during busy periods. It's something we continue to work on through balancing the hands-on learning that comes with a boutique agency environment with making sure no one is carrying more than their fair share.
We also take your point about client portfolio. We're proud of the local brands we work with and the impact we create for them, but we understand the desire for variety, and we're always looking to broaden the range of work our team gets to be part of.
