      There was nothing positive of my experience here

      Cons

      I worked at Whitecap Search as a Senior Recruiter and had a very negative experience. The COO was obnoxious, and it often felt like walking on eggshells around her. The leadership style created a toxic and unsupportive work environment that made it difficult to thrive. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Whitecap Search as a place to work.

      - Driven culture with strong training/upskilling opportunities - Constantly growing/expanding as a firm - Enthusiastic and very involved ownership/leadership

      - Competitive and rewarding environment = fantastic product/vehicle to make money/grow = 'complacence' doesn't thrive here

His guidance on the role, the company, and potential interview questions helped me feel confident and well-prepared every step of the way.
