      Nice team, decent pay, work is slightly flexible, offer performance, bonus yearly, work from home

      Cons

      Not much support, completely remote management, responsible for too much, juggling too many properties for the type of business. No real benefits besides paid time off.

      Pros

      Great workplace, supportive team. Transparency from leadership and a genuine mission. It is exciting and rewarding to be a part of this business growing.

      Cons

      More of a word of caution to applicants - expertise is going to be needed. Entry-level experience probably isn't going to cut it. If you are good at what you do, have a proven track record, and are ready to dive in then you'll do well here.
