Pros
Best team dynamic I've ever been a part of, supportive managers, transparent communication from C-levels, lots of learning/growth opportunities, fun projects to work on.
Cons
Startup-esque culture means you may end up wearing a lot of hats at times, or working late to finish releases. They also just went through their 2nd round of layoffs this year (included me this time), so the market is a little tough right now.
