Pros
The company was very welcoming, as it was started as a family company and still acts as such in many ways. As much Great Lakes (amazing) coffee as you could drink . Lunch was provided which was a huge plus - no spending money plus a full fridge of snacks. Most people were great to work with and genuinely acted with a team effort when it came to projects.
Cons
DRAMA. Everyone high up is related in some way or another, so uneasiness kind of came weekly. Most of it was related to finding someone to blame for a certain issue. Training is non-existent. New hires are given nothing and expected to bring in insane amounts of new business. Some of the most hardworking people I have ever met were underpaid and under appreciated, and scared they would get fired for one reason or another almost daily. A lot of unnecessary stress.
