Pros
I really enjoyed the years at Weyerhaeuser. I was allowed to experience many different positions to gain an all encompassing understanding of the shipping container industry. The disciplines included accounting, production management, and sales. They even paid for my MBA. Additionally, an understanding of the benefits of managing a union shop has been very valuable.
Cons
Oh dear God, the hours 80-90 per week, somewhat like Amazon. This left little balance in my personal life, which was destroyed.
