Pros
A lot of good people work here. Unfortunately a lot were also lost when they did a corporate downsizing in 2010.
Cons
Management will force business changes down from the top without imput from the rank and file on how it will impact their business. Management feels no other competitor can offer what they do but your customers know better than that.
