      Pros

      Everyone who works here is great and gets along. Very understanding and they give you a chance. Many of the people here have been here for 5+ years and don't see any sign of leaving any time soon. Low office turnover.

      Cons

      The only thing is pay raises don't happen as often in other businesses. I will take a good work environment any day though.

      Pros

      When 5:00pm came and time to leave for the day.

      Cons

      Tena the customer service trainer is so rude, if you mess up on anything she looks away and lets out a big furstration huff then acts like she did not do anything. Very boring place to work, all you can do is look up cabinet edges and sit there for about 6 hours doing nothing.

      Pros

      Freedom to accomplish goals because there is no one else to do it but you. No guidance from ownership so you just do what needs to happen.

      Cons

      Responsible for approx 1-2 million in sales and I cant spend $60 per month for a Website!!! Freedom to act but hamstrung at the same time
