      Benefits with Marriott international are good.

      Cons

      Health benefits are horrible. Toxic work environment mostly due to HR and senior leaders. Poor structure for such a large hotel.

      Horrendously busy some days with the most entitled people of all time. Bartenders get easier clients than this.
