Everyone was very nice. Tammy was especially helpful in doing the main bulk of the orientation, she explained things very clearly and made the large amount of information much easier to digest.
Cons
This survey. This survey is a pain. I had a hard time even getting the name of the company to register on this form. Typing in West does not bring up West Interactive Services in the drop down menu, so It took me awhile to figure out that I had to start typing in the Interactive part for it to become available. And then I have to sign in to Glassdoor in order to submit this. Thumbs down on this survey. And now I see that to sign in with Google I have to allow Glassdoor permission to view my Google profile and that seems unnecessary.
