      There are good people at Wes-Tech. They make a good product and consistently make a point to deliver what's promised to customers.

      Cons

      They have an outdated work culture. Most of the higher up employees have been at Wes-Tech for decades, so their company culture is stale and a bit archaic. Benefits are below-average
