Pros
+ stable, I am unRIFable except for gross insubordination or extreme incompetency. + commute is not bad. It is at the center of Irvine Spectrum + extremely profitable bank (Wells is #9 in the U.S. most profitable company, #19 in the world)
Cons
+ no profit sharing with the line + very limited bonuses + hourly wages since the California 2008 cave-in + medical plans are very, very poor and very expensive (14% more in 2011) + top dogs paid way, way too much
