I don't really see any cons.

At Wellbots, one never gets bored. There are as many possibilities as you wish for. You can be innovative, suggest new ideas and lead your own projects. Each member of the team has, from the start, a direct impact on the company, and many responsibilities. It is pleasure to work with reliable, result-oriented and generous people. I love that we have the flexibility to try lots of things, fail and try again, to get better. Wellbots pushes me to be ever more ambitious!

Serious multitasking is happening here. It can be challenging/frustrating sometimes to setup priorities, keep up the pace and stay on top of things of each and every project you work on.
