Good to work - Recruitment Consultant Wellborn Technologies Employee Review

So I joined wellborn technologies as a IT Recruiter. I always wanted to shift into HR field and got so many opporunities but it was all unpaid and didnt learn more than posting job but after joining this company i have learned a lot i started with the job posting and got to know more about the HRM tools and i also understood what is the difference in IT recruitment and Non IT recruitment. So for me this internship was very helpful as i got more hands on experience.

As of now nothing as it is completely work from home but yes they can also provide pre placemnt opportunies based on the performance.

The company management was good, and we were thoroughly provided with all the tools and technologies, that can be used for our role. The company management ensured to provide us with the right guidance and support, when we needed it the most.

Everything went well during our working with the company.
