Highly competitive compensation while working for a national company and numerous opportunities for advancement. Many positions qualify for partial or full-time work work at home.
Cons
Company reorganizes frequently. Staff VP and higher titles have trouble staying with the organization for more than 3 years on average. Frequent re-orgs make it difficult to hold people accountable to goals because failures are then passed on to the next leader.
