Pros
WellNet is a great company to work for. A very professional environment with many opportunities to learn and advance to other roles in the company. We are encouraged to voice our ideas and concerns to management. Collectively we are a solid team treated with kindness and respect. I am happy to say after 3 years I still look forward to going to work each day. This company goes above and beyond for their staff as well as the customers are company represents.
Cons
If I had to pick a con I would say I wish we had reviews twice a year instead of once a year. Simply because the company is growing and responsibilities change as do positions when people promote. Only to make make sure we are all on the same page with expectations.
