The company does excellent work for the community it serves, but its benefits and pay are lower than those of other nonprofits—lots of hierarchy and micromanagement. The leadership is very wishy-washy and struggles with connecting with their staff. Not much infrastructure, things move at a snail's pace. This place is good for someone starting their career, but not for the long term.
