Pros
My direct manager was very easy to work for as long as you worked hard. Did not mind the occasional break as long as work was caught up. Valued my opinion on decision making of small projects. Manager worked with me as far as the schedule was concerned especially when I was in college.
Cons
Upper management seemed disconnected from day to day activities. No room for advancement. Made same amount per hour as employee with no experience...I had 3 years experience.
