Pros
Direct line to upper management & a fairly relaxed atmosphere. So long as you're doing what is asked of you, you're left alone for the most part, very little micromanagement.
Cons
They're a smaller company so they currently only have 1 VM across the country, maybe 1 or 2 IT people, 1 HR person - so getting things done quickly or efficiently is a rarity. No complaints about the quality of work or the efforts of the people, but as I said, they're new to the world of 'big' retail and sometimes it shows.
