Pros
Nothing, very toxic atmosphere . Starting from the top ; culture is very bad with no regard for people or basic respect to fellow employees. Directors never say hello or smile , high level of bullying and backstabbing . Every email is an acid drop with deceit and burn.
Cons
People turnover very high, I was the 4th person in the role in 2 years. The position report to a functional manager with conflict of interest (quality reporting to supply chain!) ; it couldn't get any worse than this.Manager want the position to tick boxes for his corrupted Sourcing decisions. .
