Cons
1. Upper management has gone through a lot of change-overs since I've been here 2. Some politics are expected for a large global company 3. It can be easy to get looked over due to being a larger company, which is why it's important to make friends across departments 4. Not so flexible with hourly employees, but is at managers' discretion 5. After work social activities tend to be unsuccessful because many employees don't want to engage with coworkers outside of work 6. Negative attitudes with many long-term employees who have been here 10+ years 7. Still some silo-thinking across departments 8. Open concept office layout - also has its negatives when you prefer a more quiet work setting
