Promise’s - Journeyman Electrician Weifield Group Contracting Employee Review

I left my now current employer because I desired to become a Forman. During my interview I was promised that I would be going through the Forman training. Instead me and a apprentice piped the 2nd 3rd 4th floor of a large building while a crew of 8 guys worked on the first floor. I gave Weifield my best everyday only to find out foreman training is invite only. I left a role as a foreman because I wasn’t being properly trained only to be used to finish a project.
