      Pros

      Great company to work for, really enjoyed my time there. Great benefits and wonderful people. This may be the best grocery store in the country and customers love it here.

      Cons

      Upwards mobility is a bit limited. More of a part time high school job for what I was looking for so did not attempt to make a life long career out of it.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling for students. Competitive pay and benefits compared to many retail jobs.

      Cons

      Can be very busy and fast-paced, especially on weekends and holidays. Standing for long periods can be physically tiring. Schedules may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Customer-facing roles sometimes involve dealing with upset or impatient customers. During peak hours, the workload can be stressful. Management is very rude and is not very accommodating about personal situations.
