Pros

The job is remote and flexible day-to-day.

Cons

Weekend Health was recently acquired by WeightWatchers, which was not a good decision. The people that made this decision for us are no longer with the organization and left us to pick up the messy pieces. WeightWatchers is unorganized, in tons of debt, and keeps taking away our benefits to pay their past debt. We used to have unlimited PTO and get 15 days now. 40 hours of sick time, but you have to accrue it. You also have to submit for PTO 6 months in advance to even have a chance at getting your desired day off because only a certain number of people can have that day off. Our internet and phone stipend used to be $100, now it $70. We used to get one $30 lunch reimbursed per month, that was taken away. Pretty much no room for growth. Raises are few and far between and when they do happen it’s 3%.

10 years as a NP this was the worst onboarding of any organization I’ve ever worked it.
