      -the only pro is the fact that you are getting paid

      -stressful work environment that is very fast paced -no clear instructing and no training at all -you get thrown in and have to learn on the spot

      Nothing they are not considerate, they diminish your self esteem. The supervisors are not comprehensive whatsoever.
