Pros

Full benefits which are good, but can be expensive. PTO is a huge plus. Unlike what you will find hardly anywhere, especially the amount provided the initial year hired. Career growth potential. Many positions offer flexibility. Overall, salary seems. Bonuses are generous when fully funded.

Cons

There is so much communication (due to past low reviews on this topic) in order to make it appear as if they are being transparent, but there are many important topics not communicated at all or very late that severely impact the individuals' jobs. Aside from communication, there are other areas that feel ingenuine, such as profits vs bonus payout. All year employees are told that the profits are better than anticipated, then during incentive payout discussions-- employees are told the bonuses are unable to be funded to the standard amount (5% non-exempt / 10% exempt) because the company didn't meet its financial goals. HR staff is constantly changing which results in uncertainty when needing to broach certain topics. Management is inconsistent. Some leaders provide ample opportunity to their employees while other employees are left with little to no opportunity because the manager does not inform of available opportunities.

Pros

None, a very hostile environment and I wish I had retired when I had the chance to.

Cons

So many! The middle office is a mess and staff are treated like children and spoken down to and looked down upon by many. We didn’t even get holiday greetings or a thank you from management. Just a tone deaf video from management showing themselves off on their yachts or in their fancy villa’s overseas. A complete overhaul of commercial services is needed, it’s just a toxic and disgusting environment, reminds me of my school days with abusive teachers back in the 1970s.
