Pros
I believe your attitude and happiness at Webster Bank all depends on who your manager is. I was lucky enough to be in a couple branches with great management as well as cool coworkers (for the most part). I never had any problems with my benefits but I am generally in good health so I didn't have to use them as much. I believe they have 401k matching too. Make sure you AT LEAST put in that amount or you're giving away free money.
Cons
Working Saturdays, new 'extended' banking hours, if you work in the branch its all about sell sell sell.. but building relationships with the customers helps out with that.
