Most of what people on Glassdoor say about how bad it is to work at Webroot are telling the truth. In fact, it seems like many of them are holding back. *No 401k match *The nepotism is difficult to accept, and it was often appalling at how blatant the terrible promotions and hires were. *Layoffs were a regular occurrence and often they were letting the best talent go. *Product is a joke. PCMag, etc. reviews aren't reflective of the truth for multiple reasons. *It's difficult to work under a CEO who is truly despicable.
