This approach impacts team morale and creates uncertainty among employees. Product Knowledge and Communication: There was significant confusion about the product's capabilities and features. This lack of clarity led to messages that did not align with the product's actual functionality, causing issues for customers and staff. Leadership Interaction and Employee Engagement: The CEO's communication style often felt one-sided, focusing more on lecturing than listening.
