Fake Company - Software Engineer Webdior Employee Review

They throws some Money time to time as apraisal like we throw peanuts to Monkeys in Zoo.But, remember they still think u r a MONKEY!

- It is a good company for whom, who want to do job as a charity because after 1 or 2 months you will not get salary on time and after 5-6 months you will not get your salary as well. for getting your full salary you will do your job for more 2-3 months then you will get realise that your are now cheated.. but you can not do anything because you have to get your experince letter and as a employee you do not want to stuck in mess. - There is no growth in terms of knowledge because your project is running by yourself and no one is intrested to know what is going on and how it is running.only delivery is matter not code quality.

1-Nothing as such. I will strongly recommend, dont join this company. These guys will play with your future. 2-after 1 year no increment , when i join another company they provide all negative feedback about me, they are not giving my salary of last 30 days......

I could mention n number of cons regarding this company. 1. They offer very less package comparatively any other industry. 2. There will not be any increments. Dont expect such things in your tenure. 3. you will be hired as probation employee. you will never get confirmation even though you complete many years at webdior. 4. Worst thing you need to serve 2 months notice period. 5. They might scare an employee saying "We will put you in blacklist". 6. they are fishing & killing with their employee . 7- not provide my last 1 month salary cheap people .... 8- Owner are totally fake register many company........
