Out of respect for current and former employees, and because your comments include personal characterizations and serious accusations, we will not address specific claims or individuals in a public forum. What we can say is that we take concerns about trust, communication, and how people experience leadership very seriously, especially when someone has been with the company for an extended period of time.
Since 2019, we have focused on bringing more structure and transparency to the business, including clarifying expectations for each role, improving internal communication, and tightening processes around project management, compensation discussions, and client work. We recognize that our environment and leadership style will not be the right fit for everyone, but we are committed to learning from feedback and continuing to build a more professional and supportive workplace for those who choose to work with us.
