Thank you for taking the time to share your experience from your employment at WebWorks89 in 2018. I’m sorry to hear that you left feeling this strongly and that your experience did not align with the kind of workplace we want to provide.
Out of respect for the privacy of former employees and clients, we do not address specific allegations or individual situations in a public forum. That said, the concerns you mention around financial stability, payroll timing, ethics, and personal matters affecting day-to-day operations are very serious. Regardless of how any one person remembers specific events, those are areas no company can afford to ignore.
Since the time period you’re referencing, we have taken deliberate steps to strengthen the business and its operations, including tightening financial controls, standardizing payroll processes, improving how client work is scoped and billed, and separating personal matters from daily business operations as much as possible. We’ve also focused on improving communication and expectations internally, so team members have clearer visibility into their roles, workloads, and how decisions are made.
We recognize that your experience was negative and that you would not recommend WebWorks89 as an employer or vendor based on that time. We appreciate the relationships you built with colleagues and clients while you were here, and we are committed to continuing to improve so that both employees and customers have a more consistent, professional experience going forward.
