Cons
There is no scope for creativity as well. The graphic designers are lazy and just copy-paste your content on some vector. They do not even remove the inverted commas that you get when copying content from an Excel Sheet!! The upper management is unreliable. None of them conduct themselves ethically. The company was informed before I joined that I do freelance work as well, I did not sign any such contract that says otherwise. They use an app called HubStaff that micromanages you and your work. It has been 5 months and I have not yet received my salary. The management claims that I did not work enough in the less than 1 month period that I was there. However, I did more than what is expected of a new employee. My Reporting Manager connected with me very passively and I was assigned no work for over 3 days in the beginning. And they claim I did not work. I lost motivation on my last day there and was talking to a friend about leaving the company on WhatsApp Web, the stupid app took a screenshot and they fired me the same day. Reason? I was "freelancing". Strongly recommend against joining here.
