Since joining WebLink, the company has continuously been in a state of growth. We have a great team and, despite being around since 1996, we have a very start-up feel. We have a management team that allows for personal and professional growth while helping us maintain focus on our company goals. We have the best clients ever! Their industries and roles are very demanding which makes our roles more rewarding to provide them with solutions of success for their clients. The company really does put employees first. Being able to be flexible about personal issues, time off and even adjusted working hours for family-related opportunities is a huge plus!
Cons
Just for me personally, it's a bit of a drive to the north side of Indianapolis (86th and Michigan) for someone living on the south side.
