I have noticed the following points 1- Person oriented company not value oriented: You’ll not get any exposure even you worked hard. They only listen to manager who staying in this company since last 7-8 years 2- School type culture: Hide your managers and team leads from your social media, If you post anything personal then it will turns into meeting stating that you are not serious about your work. That’s silly thing even nowadays I have seen many linkedin post that funny but company will not tolerate this. They will considered you like bonded slave child. 3. Bond: You need to sign more than 2 years bond. So that they can shuck your blood during this period. 4: High politics: We are engineers but politicians but you also need to learn politics otherwise you can not survive in this organization 5: No job security: They can terminate you at any time even after completing 4-5 years in the organization without any valid reason. 6: Outdated technology and fixed department: You will not gain any other technology exposure because they will allow you to work in single department so it will be harmful for careers. Also, this company work on outdated technology so there is no market scope. 7: LALA company: They learn only single word that is LALA not DADA 8: Worst TL: TL takes each things personal and behave like slave 9: No work life balance: They force you to work in Saturday and Sunday and late night on every days Tickets must be solved on same day otherwise you cannot go home. If you are married person then join this organization carefully otherwise your wife will search another partner 😹 10: Rude behaviour: They don’t have sense to talk like professional person 11: wrong feasibility: Non technical or worse knowledge person will check time feasibility and will assign you task with half duration of the total effort If not completed timely then you will get not meeting deadline badge. If you argue for this then again get negative badge of rowdy behaviour 12: Worst HR: They always tell a lie about company 13: Negative Badge: I don’t know why this policy is there. 14: Worst leave & late reporting policy If you are 5 minutes late they will deduct your half day salary So join this organization at your own risk.
