Pros
The working environment is good for anyone who puts efforts in their tasks, the learning process is great, got to learn various types of tech stack and tools used. No matter what, your salary is always on time, yearly appraisals based on your performance.
Cons
There's criteria for fixed working hours (8hours working and 9.5 hours shift hours) which is a major setback, having 8 working hours is understandable but that extra 1.5 hours is the problem. If someone can complete the task within 6-7 hours, he's supposed to sit there and complete his remaining working hours, doing nothing productive, waste of those remaining hours for employee too and company as well.
