BUTTERING PEOPLE CAN WIN THE JOB. THEY WILL BE NOT FIRED EVEN THEY DON'T WORK

Buttering people have importance. If you are hard working and you work till 1:30 am at night, after this you will be called thief by company owner. Many people are fired just cause of they don't buttering. Company focus on money they don't focus on quality and employees.. Totally they are not professional. WORST I FOUND
