Pros
Great people in a great work environment, with a core group of employees who have worked here for 10+ years. Everyone is always open to work together as a team, answer each others questions and share knowledge. Positive office space and very supportive management. I am always happy to go to the office, as it feels like another home.
Cons
While I thrive in the non-corporate environment, others may prefer more structure.
