Web 2 Market has a wonderful team atmosphere and great coworkers. The work is interesting and flexible work schedules allow for a good work/family balance.

Opportunities for growth are limited. High rates of turnover recently have resulted in fewer, less profitable projects coming in. Pay was once competitive but raises and bonuses have stagnated. Benefits like health insurance, PTO, etc. are limited.
