      Pros

      Web 2 Market has a wonderful team atmosphere and great coworkers. The work is interesting and flexible work schedules allow for a good work/family balance.

      Cons

      Opportunities for growth are limited. High rates of turnover recently have resulted in fewer, less profitable projects coming in. Pay was once competitive but raises and bonuses have stagnated. Benefits like health insurance, PTO, etc. are limited.

      Pros

      Good co-workers, flexible work arrangements, 401K, health insurance, paid vacations, interesting work,, annual bonuses, lots of professional development opportunities and more.

      Cons

      Not a lot. You'll need to work hard every day, be intelligent and creative, willing to pitch in to help solve problems. Sometimes clients can be demanding, but that's probably true everywhere.
