      Exam malpractice Poor management Bullying from mentors and SLT Kids spit at you A student threatened to kill me every day and I was told build a relationship with them

      there is nothing good about this place

      Cons

      bullying SLT, awful conditions to work, there is a reason turnover is so high. I have no idea how this place gets a good ofsted report
